In a world where time can be traded for money, what do you choose to value more?
The pandemic gave all of us more time, and some have chosen to become “time millionaires”, measuring their accomplishments by the time they have rather than the money in their bank accounts. Interviewed “time millionaires” have said that they are happier now, even though they may have less income.
Though going to work isn’t a choice for some low-income employees and business owners, this change in the way that people see their time, could influence our view as a society on whether time needs to have capital value.

Property rights serve as protection for women in Columbia where typically a house is owned by their husband and then inherited by their sons. The main purpose in organizing the City of Women was to create homes owned by women.
Beautiful houses built by women once homeless and without their own property, now serves as an example for rebuilding efforts in Columbia after the Civil War that displaced millions of people.
Kindness seems like such an absurd concept to study. It just happens spontaneously, right?
Research is discovering the patterns that affect whether an individual is likely to make an act of kindness and how it makes them feel. Scientists are finding that being kind can improve one’s metal wellbeing.
Future studies could determine the different ways we experience and show kindness as well as what situations encourage us to be kind, and in what environment we would be less likely to pay it forward.

United Nations outlined possible causes to the major crises humanity has experienced and the connection that could exist between deforestation, extreme weather, natural disasters, and the pandemic. The major causes at the root of these global issues were determined as climate change, economic rules, and nationalism.
If progress to resolve or improve these structural problems is made, the destruction described by headlines worldwide today would likewise decrease.
